Cancellation & Refunds

At Halal Agro Producers (HAP), your satisfaction is our priority. We have established clear and fair policies for cancellations and refunds to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

 

Cancellations

 

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may choose to follow our return policy after the order is delivered.

 

Returns

 

We understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward:

  • Eligibility: Products are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item.

  • Time Frame: All return requests must be initiated within a specific number of days from the date of delivery. Please refer to your order confirmation or our dedicated “Returns & Refunds” page for the exact time frame.

  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence of the product’s condition.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return request is approved and we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within a specified number of business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, such as a product being returned with missing parts or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
